Resolves YES if a drone crashes, is shot down, or otherwise falls within the territory or airspace of Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania after August 15, 2026 and on or before September 15, 2026, as confirmed by official statements from a Baltic country's government or military, or by reporting from major international news agencies (e.g., Reuters, AP, AFP). Incidents on or before August 15, 2026 — including the August 14, 2026 NATO shoot-down of a drone over eastern Latvia — do not count.
