Resolves YES if US military ground forces (Army, Marine Corps, or Special Operations Forces) are confirmed physically operating inside Iranian sovereign territory by December 31, 2026, as confirmed by the Pentagon, US Congressional testimony, or multiple credible international news organizations. Airstrikes, naval operations, or missile attacks alone do not qualify. Resolves NO if no US ground troops are confirmed inside Iran by that date.
