Resolves YES if US military forces establish confirmed ground presence on Kharg Island, Iran, as part of a deliberate invasion, raid, or occupation, confirmed by the Pentagon, US Congressional testimony, or multiple credible international news organizations by December 31, 2026. Naval blockades or airstrikes against the island alone do not qualify. Resolves NO if no US ground forces are confirmed on Kharg Island by that date.
